Damage assessment for insured damaged objects.

Classic library and archive materials, subject to damage sustained during fire, flood, leaks or other insured events, can be assessed concerning conservation and restoration costs.

To this end a damage assessment is done, which takes in account:

  • Possible previous damages
  • The damage due to the insured event
  • The feasibility of the needed conservation and restoration
  • The historical and financial value of the object
